OEM Warranty Coverage

Original warranty terms as per each OEM’s global policy, covering:

• 6 to 12 months depending on brand/model
• Manufacturing or functional defects
• Automation category adherence (PLC, sensors, drives, HMI, etc.)

MROvendor Assured Warranty

1-Year guarantee from dispatch date on every product, including:

• Diagnostics & support
• Replacement or refund if needed
• Simple and clear claim process

Warranty Certificate

Every product comes with an official 12-month Warranty Certificate issued by MROvendor, valid for any brand.

Exclusives

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, burning, or misuse
• Improper wiring or wrong installation
• Exposure to water or voltage spikes
